• Feel free to call or email us to change/cancel Niagara Falls Private tours. We release FULL REFUND to customers who call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.  NO REFUND for customers who cancel a private tour less than than 24 hours ahead.

Our pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes. We will send you the pickup timing and location details via email.
  
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if a custom tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible on your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
  
• You can reschedule your private tour to another date free of cost.
  
• You can switch your private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fees, additionally. To reschedule an experience, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and the original start date of the activity.
  
• You can switch your tour to less expensive tour. We will release the difference amount on your credit card.
  
• Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle, NO REFUND can be claimed. However, if a private tour is cancelled due to a bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.
