Tour Itinerary

10:30 - 11 am: Tour Begins - Pickup from Hotel or BnB or Specified Location

Your tour starts when we pick you up in one of our luxury vehicles from all the hotels in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake; the exact time of pick-up is entirely up to you.

1:30 pm: Niagara Falls

After a brief stop at Niagara Falls, your private tour continues on to lunch at a restaurant of your choosing (lunch not included in tour price).

3:30 pm: Niagara on-the-lake

Off to play slots and blackjack.

5:30 pm: Winery Tour

Spend some time exploring the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, stopping by a local winery to sample the region's renowned wines.

6:30 to 7 pm: Dropoff - Niagara Falls

We drop you back at your hotel or BnB in Niagara Falls or Niagara on-the-lake, after a lovely day trip to Niagara.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up at your hotel or B&B in a meticulously maintained car (which seats up to 6 passengers) from Niagara Falls and the Niagara on-the-Lake area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

To change or cancel a private tour date, please call or email ToNiagara. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel. If a private tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.

You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. ToNiagara will specify your pickup time and location through email.

If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.

Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.

To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.

In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown ToNiagara will be provide a full refund.
